For Snack I fry some bacon and carry with me to work.My Vitamin Regamen consists of 2 1200 mg fish oil tablets, a multivitamin, 1200 mg of calcium since i am not ingesting milk, 1000 IU of Vitamin E, and a Super B Complex Vitamin that gives me the extra B Vitamins.I do drink Lots and lots of water.
