Oh and I’d just like to point out that I’m not ‘cut’ so my abs are like a mound with slightly visible ‘bumps’ well they’re becoming more visible over time and are like short lines. I’m hoping that fixing a problem is easier earlier on; I’m thinking something along the lines of focusing on perfect form (with correct breathing) and equal contraction on both sides so this way the weaker muscles will tire out faster than the stronger ones, at which time I will stop the exercise so that I don’t train the stronger ones only the weak ones, and hopefully this will cause the weak muscles on both sides to develop until I reach a stage were they all (my upper abs) tire out at the same time. But like I said, “hope” I’m not sure if this will work, and if indeed the problem is with the upper abs alone.

Ephedrine has already been taken off the shelves years ago in the diet pills etc. And there are many products on the market that if you are using them truely for allergies etc, that dont contain pseudo that work wonders. If your allergies are that bad that you HAVE to have the pseudo,strongest version of meizitang, you probably need something more than that already.
