As I did it I returned again and again to this book and found both the information and encouragement I needed to stay with it. I now doing the Cleanse for a second time, and still find helpful information and encouragement in the book. I recommend it to anyone interested in understanding and following the Master Cleanse.

I did this (and yes, men do it too) and have never felt better. Anything that can give people who are severely obese hope and to make changes preventing diabetes,slim plus dream body slimming capsule, heart disease, etc. Who are you to say it isn’t a good thing.

From experience, I can tell you that carbohydrates and fat are extremely easy to find in foods. People with a lot of extra weight (fat) usually eat more foods that contain these. Protein is a little harder to find.

Things to avoid include highly processed foods and those with a lot of sugar or high levels of trans or saturated fats. Growing children need more fat in their diets than adults, and some processed low fat snacks have more sugar added to make them more enticing, so they aren’t always the best ideas for kids but you want to keep an eye on how much and what types of fat they are consuming. Empty calorie foods such as cookies and candy can make your child feel satisfied without actually providing much nutrition at all.
