The first time I went roller skating, I had already ice skated, so my expectations were set on low. I forced myself to skate for only 15 minutes at a public skate,slim botanical meizitang, fully padded but no helmet or mouth guard. I did not do turn around toe stops, jumps, or anything fancy.
