Pregnant women should eat small, well balanced meals frequently throughout the day to avoid overindulgence. Eating four to six small meals per day will help deter both nausea and heartburn by easing the digestion process and boosting metabolism. Eat as many fresh foods as possible, avoiding processed frozen foods and packaged meals that are high in calories and sodium.

I’ve fluctuated a little but i fit back into my clothes. I won’t say my body is exactly the same shape it used to be though. Now i don’t get as hungry as i used to and am better able to get smaller portions of food.

So my recommendation for an easy diet to follow would be for you to try and eat a normal healthy balanced diet and to exercise more. It may not be the magic diet that you were looking for,meizing, but it is the best diet that you can follow.
