I would probably not recommend this diet, due to the difficulty that I experienced. I don’t agree with the unlimited amounts of protein you get to eat. I don’t think this teaches someone proper portion control. Like you said it is like quitting smoking and that is different for everyone! When you crave sweets go with fruits, and low fat sweets such as vanilla wafers,fruto planta pastillas, angel food cake, frozen yogurt,herbal slim forte syrup, etc. Try sugar free candy to suck on or chew some sugarless gum to help out. Still watch your portion sizes with these type foods and how often you eat them.
