I have enough carbs for being a runner and don’t believe in fad diets. But it is no wonder to me why people take disgusting diet pills if all I am doing is not causing weight loss. Yes, I am a bit firmer so I realized I might build muscle but a pound of muscle and a pound of fat still weigh a POUND.
