TAMPA, FL (WFLA) “It’s an event that you pay for the ticket and that’s the last time you pay. Everything is included the food the beer the wine all the best restaurants in the Westshore district are there including Aqua,” said Ron Alicandro,mzt botanical france, the General Manager of Westin Tampa Bay.Aqua is a trendy waterfront restaurant and bar located inside the Westin on Tampa’s scenic Courtney Campbell Causeway.
