I agree, you have to eat more throughout the day. Breakfast is key try to get some LEAN proteins in for breakfast and you’ll be amazed at how much less you eat throughout the day. Kashi Go Lean cereal is a great way to get protein without a bunch of sugar (i eat it dry or add it to my low sugar oatmeal).
