You might be wondering what happened to the 188 that I had earlier in the week? I’m going to have to admit, I ate it away. Then I justified myself by telling myself that the diet is SUPPOSED to have a day off. Then, since I had the day off and I’d been eating things all week that I didn’t really care for,loose weight in 2 days, I sort of binged.
