Alli is simply counting calories. Anyone can do that. I lost the weight with Weight Watchers before. Soon after i started the pill automatically you could see my weight gain. In 3 years i put on 4 stone. I have been down the doctors 6 times and they have told me just to keep at my dieting and exercising, but i have been doing this for 3 years and i cant loose a pound..

Before you come, ask yourself this? Do you REALLY want to be healthy again? If you just want to lose the weight and not learn to eat right, then why come? You’ll just gain the weight back as soon as you start eating the crap you ate to get you fat to start with. Trust me, I know,can u take bee pollen for longer then 2 months, I was 216lbs, I tried everything from Weight Watchers, to Nutrisystem, and they are all a joke, don’t teach you about what makes you FAT and unhealthy. One gets you to buy their foods so you never learn how to cook right, the other, Weight Watchers, you’ll plateau after 3 months because you’re still eating bad sugars and breads/pasta/rice/daily/low fa t foods, etc, and all those other energy carbs you aren’t going to burn due to your lifestyle and poor eating habits that got you fat in the first place.
