Yes i did join!!! and was rather dismayed to learn that i am actually 19.7 instead of 18!!! however i have started the diet, its the points system where i can eat 29 points in a day, of anything as long as i dont exceed 29 ponts. I joined the gym bout 4 months ago and weighed in at 17.7 was working hard and only shed a lil weight stopped goin 4 a month and went back today to discover i now weigh 18.7 :O devastated. Me and my partner are trying for a baby aswell did you have problems because of your weight ive looked on the net and it says being overweight does effect your chances am going to work hard at trying to loose weight for my self and hopefully for a better chance to conceive plz get u give me some advice.
