What You’ll Need

These items are  needed after an accepted offer and not necessarily at listing.

• 2 year’s tax returns (if you don’t have them, go on IRS website to order transcripts)
• 60 days of bank statements
• 2 month’s worth of paycheck stubs
• A hardship letter (you will need to write it)
